Assistant Storekeeper - Logistics & Warehouse Operations

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to optimize storage and distribution processes, leveraging tools like SAP and our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain up-to-date records using SAP and WMS.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage stock levels and fulfill orders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize storage and distribution processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
