Mart Byte Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and financial management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
