📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during the recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding of candidates.
