📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise the outlet staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent product quality and availability.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and basic inventory management tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and platforms.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
