📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Assist in planning and executing store events and promotions.,Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
