📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Support the HR Director in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
