📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by monitoring cooking processes and temperatures.
• Prepare and maintain food stocks, including ingredients and equipment.
• Assist in training and developing junior staff members.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, following all safety and hygiene protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
