📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
