Berkah Zahra Tea is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to staff on compliance and quality matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and spreadsheet applications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
