In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data and employment history.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in HR-related training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing HR documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
