📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
