📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory, and staff management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high-quality service.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
