📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee outsourcing operations in Semarang, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress using SAP and Oracle, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing, with a proven track record in managing projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP and Oracle, with experience in project management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
