We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Salon Dewi Kebab in Palembang. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.,Monitor and report on sales and other key performance indicators to ensure that the restaurant is meeting its financial goals.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local and national regulations and guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
