📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of space management projects.
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial viability.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with external partners and service providers to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Promote sustainability and green building practices in all projects.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in space management services and projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with university facilities and operations is desirable.
