📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and company needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract and recruit top talent.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
