📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.,Passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
