As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and meets customer demand.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and sales.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and deliveries.
