📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
