📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of store leaders and store heads, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and oversee the implementation of new initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
