📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and other entitlements.
• Design and implement new compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and compensation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Certification in payroll or compensation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
