📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute various events and promotional campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Create and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, posters, and social media content
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback to improve future events
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's marketing calendar
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event planning and promotion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and promotional activities
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for event planning and promotion
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
