📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations for retail stores and warehouses
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal facility performance
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Monitor and track maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Lead and mentor maintenance teams to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of facilities and identify potential issues
• Work closely with facility managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or Maximo
• Certification in maintenance management, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance budgets and resources
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
