📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily administrative tasks related to sales operations
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales records
• Support the sales team with data entry and document preparation
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes
• Assist in organizing sales meetings and events
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of sales processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or related field is preferred
