📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and presentations.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet the desired learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and create tailored training solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to enhance their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices in the industry.
• Assist in the development of training budgets and resource allocation plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training and development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with training software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
