As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement financial processes using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining financial accuracy, optimizing costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-making.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employee benefits.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Certification in professional accounting bodies such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is a plus.
