📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using our in-house inventory management system.
• Coordinate with the central office to receive and distribute products, as well as to address any operational issues.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance, including promotions, customer service initiatives, and product displays.
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
