📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes using the airline's reservation system.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and airport facilities.
• Handle passenger inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of airport services.
• Assist with baggage handling and ensure it is loaded and unloaded correctly.
• Monitor airport security procedures and ensure compliance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
