📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and prospecting.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer acquisition.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in customer acquisition and prospecting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot Inbound Marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with the vehicle leasing industry and related regulations.
